This second location of Chef Boulud's popular Upper West Side outpost is situated on the lower level of the historic Plaza Hotel, Épicerie offering a delicious breakfast and lunch destination, and the perfect place to gather goods for a Central Park picnic or hotel room retreat. French for 'grocery', Boulud's 'epicerie' is filled with fresh baked breads, delicate pastries, savory quiches, soups, salads, sandwiches, and more. The rhythm of the café evolves from over the course of the day. True to the European tradition of casual bar dining, Épicerie Boulud at The Plaza has nine counter seats in addition to free-standing tables, where visitors may enjoy a variety of elegant food options from morning well into the evening.
