Introducing Chef Jayce Baudry’s Moia Easter Egg


Inspired by his love of archaeology, Chef Jayce Baudry has hand-sculpted these limited edition Easter eggs. He has always been interested in sculpting, winning the 2011 International Chocolate Competition. Additionally, his love for traveling the world has led him to be fascinated by the story and history of Easter Island, which was originally founded on Easter Day is off the coast of Polynesia.

Each Easter egg is individual and different, just like the real-life statues and has been hand-sculpted by Chef Jayce Baudry. He has used 66% Valrhona Dark chocolate and each egg is filled with baby Praline Valrhona Easter eggs.
